Thanks to the absolutely wonderful
bavarian_angel, last Saturday was an absolutely brilliant day for me. She had bought tickets for the Munich derby (Bayern München vs 1860 München) and kindly invited me to join her. However, it would have been a shame if we had just met up for the game, so we decided to spend some more time together in Munich.

I'm not too convinced about Breno, but he hasn't played much yet. I'll keep my eyes open. He definitely hasn't been anything god-like so far, though.
We need a good defender (besides of Lucio, haha)! :)
Besides?
(Sorry, couldn't resist. I don't think Lucio is such a great defender...)

Trust me, I'm far from excited about Breno so far. But I'll give him the chance he deserves.

And who wouldn't want a postcard from Munich? ;)
I must see van Buyten as a striker! His built is not really that of a typical striker, but I think he's quite agile. :)
And about the annoying guy, I'm sorry to hear about that. Guess it's part of football, you know, some annoying fan (or pretends to be a fan) ;p
Gosh, I really wish I was there. It's really nice to watch the game live and in the Allianz Arena!!! :D I already bought a map of Munich in case I might go there. :)

Will definitely include a postcard from Munich in the package I'm going to send you! :D
If I manage to find a good video of van Buyten as a striker (stern_suedens said that unfortunately, they didn't show him on screen too often after he came on), I'll upload it for you.
If you ever come to Germany, I'd love to show you around the Allianz Arena! :D

Yaaayyyy!!!!! *jumps up and down with stupid grin*
Thanks so much! ^_____^
Gee, thanks. Maybe he'll have his moments as a striker in one of Bayern's Bundesliga games too, hopefully...:)
Gosh, I'm just waiting for that day. I would love, love to visit you and your country and the players. ^____^

LOL at the hilarity of warm-ups. And XD at van Buyten being a striker. The idea of Toni just popping up and striking amuses me..
Btw, what is a Phrasenschwein used for, actually?
...I would comment more, but I'm currently sitting here being all '...lucky you.' XD!!!

That was my first reaction - until I saw him play, then I was all SDKJFLDSKFG.

But it's just like that! He does lots of stupid and useless stuff for a couple of minutes and then he's suddenly there to score. I can't figure out this man. XD
If I remember correctly, the first time I heard about a Phrasenschwein was when I watched a TV show on football. People were discussing happily and saying lots of stupid stuff (like football "experts" usually do) and suddenly, someone introduced the Phrasenschwein. Everyone saying something that's self-evident or meaningless (like "The ball is round" or "A game has 90 minutes" or "a striker isn't a defender") had to pay 5 Euros into that Phrasenschwein. Erm - I don't know what else to say. The term has remained since. ;) Hope that helped!
