I am SO ENVIOUS you got to see the post-match interviews! Sat.1 didn't show them, and my flat is entirely unsuitable for Premiere of any sorts (no proper cable access and no access to the South, either). *wails* But I'm sure Dani was a good translator. :D But yes, he has an adorable accent! I find it fascinating how he can sound as if he's German for a while, and then, he uses a rather unconventional word or his pronounciation is a little off and we're reminded that he's not really from Germany and has just incredible talent at learning languages. I mean, how many does he speak? Four? That's amazing.

Meira is incredibly hot. I mean, of course, I have a thing for long-haired defenders in general, but there's nothing about Fernando Meira that's standard. His accent is damn sexy, he's a very emotional, strong player, and he has a body to die for.

Indeed! It's all the more awesome because that other guy is Christian Ziege, who was a very famous player 10 years ago. :D I actually saw that guy play. Which is - a bit disconcerting, a bit frightening and a bit awesome. :)
