Just so I don't lose track of all my WIPs, I decided to take part in that WIP meme which I found a while ago on LJ. Alas, I didn't save the link, so I have no clue what it actually said, but I remember that it was about telling people about one's works in progress and quoting from it

I am writing one. It's a WIP - but I haven't touched it in a couple of months. Inspiration is sort of gone. Must watch the movie again and then the Ultraviolet series to get back into it. Hell, I don't even remember what I wanted the ficlet to end like.

I thought that one must be my fault :P If all else fails, you can always blow up the planet, throw the 'there can be only two' rule out the window, and drag Jack and James off for Sith-training and/or group orgies. Or they could ride off into the sunset. Or they could live happily ever after with a white picket fence and 2.5 kids per couple.

Well, the first two parts of the 21st Century Sparrington (including the bit I quoted here) have already been posted! :D The link is in the "my fanfiction" category in my memories, if you're interested. :)

The snippet from "Where Your Heart Truly Lies" is actually from Chapter 6 of the WIP. I posted chapters 1-3 once, but then deleted them when I re-read them almost a year later and found that they were total crap. I'm rewriting them now and adding more to it. Currently, I'm writing chapter 6.
