<3 Thank you for this! It's very interesting and so true!! I would really like to work with a leader like that!! I don't like the type who order all the time and never budge from their office -__- I end up always arguing with them ( ... )

(Sorry, I tried to use the same sort of vocabulary that the author used in Japanese ^^; I'm happy to explain any words you didn't understand though!)

I agree with you, Ohno's leadership is really unique :) Though at the same time, I think the author might be giving him a little too much credit in the sense that I don't think Ohno deliberately sat down and thought about reading the atmosphere or being a calming breeze! It's just how he is <3

I sometimes think that Arashi as a whole became an Ohno group --- That's a good point! I feel like it's because of the combination of their personalities. As they keep saying, 五人で嵐 -- the 5 of them make up Arashi, it wouldn't be 'Arashi' if there were more or less members, or if you replaced any of them with someone else.

It's ok : ) I looked it out in the dictionary *thumb up* thanks!! <3

Yup, the five of them make up a unique family/friendship! Hope they will always be together looking out of each other.

Thanks for sharing this article. This is so interesting to read!
Ohno as a leader fits Arashi so much that make them evolving to be a one a kind role model group.
And him asking for a break for the group maybe is the one others 4 needed the most after 20 yrs too. I had a feeling Arashi would slow down aftee 20 yrs but not with this drastic measure like hiatus tbh xD
