Oh, puppy, it's been quite the year for you, hasn't it? You're learning the hardest thing now, I think, that sometimes you have to pick yourself up and start walking just to have something to do.
But never fear. Every step brings you closer to that light, though I know it seems like it's a long ways off. And even though you can't always hear them, know that you're not alone in the dark. Others are walking their roads all around you.
Precious thing, it does my heart good to hear you talk of trying again. I know you'll find your way. You just have to start walking.
