I got my bike today! I spent two hours riding around at random in Berkeley, switching gears and smiling at pedestrians. It's really kind of delightful, since I'm in this brilliant mode of transportation that allows me to stop on a dime or a whim to pet cats, read flyers, buy juice, whatever. I'm sick! I'm not super sick, or deathly ill, or whatever. But my throat is sore and scratchy, and my nose is stuffed up. Grrr. Regardless.
