How quickly "not now" becomes "never".

Today's workout:

400 meter run
40 burpees
10 pushups
400 meter run
5x5 back squats @ 150 lbs
3x5 deadlifts x 195 lbs

I have to kick this inclination to update LJ the way I update facebook.

It occurs to me that I never sat down and properly broke up with Livejournal. But now that we're here with scones and full coffee mugs, I remember all the things I liked about her. Also that I hate scones. Why do I keep ordering them?
