public service acculturation

I attended a 'change management' or 'managing change' workshop today. apparently my workplace thought it worthwhile to shut down the office and cease providing a service to the public in order to educate its workers about this subject. They hired a facilitator from outside, a sharply dessed lady who quoted the 7 habits of highly effective people
