im getting tired from doing my pbl so here i am (:

OMG. i just did something really crazy today. i signed up for the Mizuno wave run on 25th october. 10km! argh.

went to the gym today.. and i managed to jog 4.5km in 45 min. lol. not that fast but ah heck :P

intensive traning shall begin today (:
