(no subject)
Today's day 2 of my elective at NUH (cardiothoracic & vascular surgery department) or more simply known as grey's anatomy preston burke/erica hahn's department. lol.
I GOT TO SEE OPEN HEART SURGERY ON A BABY TODAY. the surgeons were repairing the ventricular septal defect (more commonly known as hole in the heart)
ANYWAYS it was so freaking amazing although i had to stand for 6 hours straight and my legs are killing me now, but seriously! coolness overdoseee! I got to wear the scrubs and stood at the foot of the operating table. like OMG. haha.

[just that in today's case, the blood flow was from left to right, unlike the picture's right to left]
okay im too tired. gonna take a nap. Zzzzz.
