Ugh oversleeping can make the whole day feel rushed! Hope tomorrow is an on time day :)

I found the little "30 day" work outs that start with a few minutes of stretches help you make time and once you're used to doing the workout and it gets more complex you've made it part of the routine. I'm sure you could google and find some that focus on core strength. I need to start doing mine again, holidays threw me off

It wasn't, but today was great! I got up at 7am, and kept on working until around 5pm. I got a lot of stuff done, making up for my two late starts :D

A nice, good tip. I'll look for something like that to get me going :)

This is the site I was using last time. She has lots of printable 30 day challenge calendars. I didn't bother watching the videos, I just printed out some of the calendars and set them by the TV. Then I would queue up a tv show or video I wanted to watch and did my stretches. (this works perfectly if you have a favorite YouTube show that's only 10 minutes long, let me tell you!)
