She would be quite susceptible to the Other Mother, wouldn't she... So very, very susceptible.

Good job. And another way Twilight would've been improved, at that- change nothing and make Bella the lead of a horror novel.

Well, yeah, but even the canon ending- Bella's an undead being for all eternity and is caught in the grasp of the vampires. Switch perspectives to Charlie and voila.

I didn't realize who this was until I read the word "buttons." Bella would definitely fall for this trap, hook-line-and-sinker.

Damn. You saw through my vagueness.

It probably never crossed Meyer's mind that just because somebody is pretty and gives/promises you gifts it doesn't eliminate the possibility that s/he wants to kill you or do awful things to you.

This is the key to Twilight. It takes the start of a "to good to be true" fable and then edits the ending so that no one learns anything. Its just mindless self gratification and if people would just admit that then I would have no problem with it.
