I just read that they are probably cancelling Kidnapped after 13 episodes.  They can't do that though!  They can't cancel Kidnapped.  I LOVE that show!  It's one of my new favorites.  Certainly in my top two of new shows this season.  And they aren't even trying to help it!  God forbid they put it on with an appropriate and good show leading up to ( Read more... )

So, I had my dinner party for my girls tonight.

I spent pretty much all day getting ready - but it paid off.  They all had a really good time I think.  And dinner went well.  The lava cakes were a huge hit.  The lasagna got kind of burnt a little, and the pan I cooked it in didn't hold up very well, but oh well.  And there was too much food, so ( Read more... )

Not really having a great day today.  I miss my Jilly.  Dad got rid of her bed.  It's just in the garage sitting on top of all the other trash and that makes me sad.  It almost feels like everyone else can just kind of erase her, whereas I walk into a room and for a second I think I see her there until my brain catches back up with the reality.  ( Read more... )

it doesn't feel fair.  she was the best dog in the world.

i don't actually know what i'm going to do without her.  i've never actually been home alone without her i feel like.  
i hate this.

my god, this week sucks.  
...this summer sucks.
but this week really sucks.

The last two days have been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster.  The fact that people are leaving has been hitting me very hard, smack over the head.  Between the first friend leaving to go off to college this week, the knowledge that more will follow, and the fact that it's my girls last WSYT show, it's been kinda rough.  I suppose the hormones ( Read more... )
