 A friend - someone who I knew in person for only a few months but have stayed in contact with ever since is having (what I feel is) an unnecessary c-section tomorrow.  She and I became so close she bought me baby stuff after knowing me a total of 5 months when people from McChord that I had know for years didn't even acknowledge that I was having

That's already where health care is.
Only in the private sector the help you "plan" the day that works best.

Yep - and even with the "safer for the drs wallet" approach it doesn't help people like Airman Colton Read.

You can google him - he went in to have his gallbladder removed...and left with his gallbladder....and no LEGS. Horrifying.
