I was watching the DW crossover episodes (The Stolen Planet and Journey's End) and was wondering if anyone could recommend some good stories about what happens after Jack gets back? I know I've read one before that's really good with everyone calling each other, except Jack doesn't call Ianto and when he gets back to the Hub, Ianto ends up
