Post DW 4.13/4.14?

I was watching the DW crossover episodes (The Stolen Planet and Journey's End) and was wondering if anyone could recommend some good stories about what happens after Jack gets back? I know I've read one before that's really good with everyone calling each other, except Jack doesn't call Ianto and when he gets back to the Hub, Ianto ends up punching him. Jack/Ianto preferred, well written.
