You can never know just how much the character of Ianto Jones has touched my life and how grateful I am that he was created - and how indebted I am to you for bringing him to life. He was confused and angry and sneaky and brave and loyal and stubborn and jealous and just... beautiful and subtle and so, so normal but absolutely incredible.

Thank you for bringing him to life.

I hope you will not be gone from our screens for too long and best of luck with the singing! With any luck my lovely lady and I will see you at the Hub in October - along with some other faces you may know all too well...

And who knows, maybe you will back in those suits some day. After all, this is sci fi and anything can happen.

Hey Gareth,
Just wanted to say, good luck in all you do and wish you all the great successes with Blue Gillespie, and whatever you decide to do in the future. Will miss seeing you as Ianto Jones, I did have a song, but you know what its like when writing songs, you get a mind freeze :(, maybe if I finish, it I'll send it somewhere :).

Hey Gareth,
Just wanted to say Thank you SO much for giving a great performance in Children Of Earth you did some damn good acting which will be remembered for a long time. Its such a shame that your characters life had to come to an end so soon cause Ianto was brilliant you portrayed him so well and he ment a lot of things to a lot of people you really helped to portray a man in love who didnt need to define his sexuality which breaks down boundries so you should be proud. I look forward to seeing Blue Gillespie soon (cause you guys rock!) and your other projects soon and will bring along a bottle of Jack for you when I see you!
