When to I need to send it in by? the end of the 15th of February in whichever time zone you are in.

Just a note to let you know I emailed my rough draft in a little after 8:00pm my time, so got it in with a few hours to spare. I hope everything's in order and am looking forward to the next phase of the process. :)
