When to I need to send it in by? the end of the 15th of February in whichever time zone you are in.
Please include the following header on your rough draft.
Title It's okay if you don't have one yet.
Author
Characters/Pairings:
Rating If known.
Warnings/contains If any apply. (m/m, m/f or f/f are not things to warn for. Who is with whom can be discerned from the pairings.)
Summary This will be what is used for artists to claim a fic - this doesn't have to be the one used when it comes to posting. A paragraph or two will be enough.
Artists claims for fic will go up on the 16th of February.
The fics will be anonymous during the claiming.

Once a fic is claimed I will PM the artist to let them know who they are making art for, and the writer to let them know who their artist is. It will then be up to the writer and artist to contact each other to sort out what they are going to do.
Once artists have been found for all the fics there will be a post to sort out which days fic are being posted on.
