In order to save $30 on the wedding dress I want, I need to lose 12" around my bust and hips and 15" around my waist. I have until October of next year, but still.
that will take me from a 26 to a 20. Which probably means I'll be in slightly smaller sizes in actual clothing (since bridal sizing is all sorts of F'ed up, but I can't find one of those stupid size converters online like the ones they put on clothing tags), but I'll still be smaller than I was when I started college, so that will be a start.
I've been reading the website, and it does look interesting. Plus, I've seen your results, and the results of some of the other women in your group, and I'm inspired. My biggest problem right now is cash flow -- the T-Tapp system is a HUGE investment for me right now, even at about $200 for the whole thing. For now, I'm going to pick up where I left off (since, for various reasons, I've not even kept up with my original goal). I have to start speed-training for the 5K I want to do in September anyway, and I think that'll help. I'm printing out some of the T-Tapp articles, though, so that maybe I can work some of the easier stuff into my "routine" and see if it helps.

ROAR WITH ME NOW. YEAH!
What size would that make you, if you don't mind me askin'?
If you mind me asking, punch me in the face! Punching people in the face is good exercise!
