[ He halts mid swing, sword extended out straight as his eyes follow the unfamiliar (but still somewhat familiar?) voice.

His eyebrows raise slightly in surprise as his gaze lands on his double. ]

[ He continues the battle exercises, having not spotted her quite yet - but halts when his core suddenly shines.

Ahiru! [ He immediately lowers his weapon, approaching her. ] What are you doing out here? Not that it's at all uncommon for you to wander, but...
