I'll jsut pick up with general session. I enjoyed hearing Mitsie Freedlander I just murdered her name sorry. She's one of my favorite narrators and hearing her speak was really

Glad you had fun at the convention. I wish I could have gone, oh well maybe next year. Too busy paying off bills and living on my SSI and worrying about when the heck Voc Rehab is gonna have a meeting with me to find a job. oh yeah and too busy being in school for audio engineering! grin

LOL at gospel in a bar! But that pedway had the bar and the deli. So lots of stuff happened there, from drinking at the fish tank bar to productive meetings at the deli/coffee shop. And the piano provided nice background music sometimes, at least when it was being played.

As for the street crossing thing, if you were in the 4th street area with that whole group it would've been easy to mess that up, and the good news is 4th street was completely blocked at that point to pedestrians only. I can see where that area would be really incredibly confusing! I'm amazed our group stuck together when I went out with some folks to that what they call 4th street live place.

It sounds like convention overall was a good experience for you though. That's a good thing!

So are you saying I would hang out with nobodys? hahahahhahaha. Not lil ol' me! The banquet is way too painful so we did the "unbanquet" 3 years ago and it has become a tradition. And we didn't care that you got lost. Everyone does it and some people go sighted guide cuz they want to keep up. Who cares? Chris saved you and it was all good!
