I'm reconnected to the world! A computer repair guy came today and cleaned out the computer. It had gotten to much dust in it and so the air was not flowing correctly and so it was overheating and shutting itself off. That afternoon I met up with my STM who I'll call Sarah. We hung out on a bench and talked and then decided to go for a walk. So we headed off in to the woods. Have I mentioned that stms couldn't go to the beach? This was because of safety concerns with waves and such. One of the things that makes Joni and Friends family retreat different from other camps is that every child with or without disabilities is assigned a short term missionary stm to be their buddy for the week. the STM stays with the camper throughout the day helping in whatever way they are needed.
