Fantastic activity and themes!! :D It's UH MAY ZING :DD I just love the path I ended up taking and laughed out loud a few times!
This doesn't really affect the icons we're doing, BUT! I was just thinking and I got curious, so during the voting rounds, will we know which theme each icon "belongs" to? So we know which is best interpretative/thematically closest/etc or will that not be a thing for this round?
Did you laugh because of a typo? Because I would not be surprised, to be honest!
As to your question, yes, you will! In the submission post, which just went up, the submission form requires that everyone list the themes for their icon, and those themes will be included in each voting post so that you know what the icon was meant to showcase. And then the voting form will only ask for 'best interpretation' (since most creative would be a little unfair). It's similar to Round 12 when we did Cluedo, and everyone had different themes from each other as well.
Hopefully that answers your question fully, and thank you!

NOT AT ALL! I don't know the other story arcs yet but I thought that mine ended up quite apt for myself, to be honest! So fantastic. It's absolutely amazing. THANK YOU
WOW. I can see why you didn't have this done quite when you had hoped to. This is a beast of a theme to compose and making sure all the posts linked to the right story options must have been confusing! O__O
It was originally going to even longer, providing two choices for the introduction and spanning off from there, but there was just no feasible way that was going to happen in the end, sadly. But, yes, it was a bit confusing there so if you run into a dead link at all, just let me know!
I'm really glad! There were at least ten possible endings (I think the actual count ended up being 11-13 or something), so I'm hoping people got a wide variety of stories!
You're crazy and amazing and this is the best thing ever! It must have been a ton of work. I would be stupid not to go on this adventure.
I tried several paths (of course :D), but there really is one that appealed the most to me, story-wise, so that's the one I'm going to do, whether the themes are easy for me or not.
I'm sorry but I new to turbo rumble. These might be stupid questions. How many icons do I have to make? And is it alright if I just go with the theme Shine?
If you are new to the community, I would start by reading our rules and guidelines page first. This will give you a lot of the information you need, including how many icons are needed. The answer to that is 6 for this round.
You can also find that information in this round's primer which I would also suggest reading to clarify how the themes work this round. You need to use the theme 'shine' to make your first icon. For the next five, you need to follow the story links and collect five more themes. A more detailed explanation is in the primer.
Both of these helpful guides are actually linked above. All the info you need is usually either in the body of the post or linked in the body so make sure you check out all the links to get the info you need.
Let me know if you have any other questions after you give those documents a read over!
