Had my Japanese foodie fix for dinner again. For some reason, I’ve been pretty addicted to sukiyaki recently. I think in the last few months, I’ve been consuming it quite regularly, almost like a routine. I wonder why…

Hubba and I were heading out for dinner around Siglap area and hadn’t really made up our minds about where to eat, until we saw Porn’s. The decision was made immediately and we never regretted it.

Braved the rain and drove down to town to meet Hubba for dinner at Marina Square after work. We were quick to decide to have dinner at Mr Curry // Cafe de Waraku, maybe coz I had declared no Western food since I would be having it for the whole of next week when away for biz.

After 2 to 3 months of abstinence from Japanese cuisine (always occurs after we come back from Japan), Hubba finally suggested to have dinner at Tonkichi. And much to our delight, they were having their kurobuta specials!

Had dinner with the in-law’s at Ban Leong Wah Hoe Seafood Restaurant, located at Casuarina Rd. A super popular place, in order to ensure a table for dinner, one needs to call to make a reservation or to go there very early (before 6pm).

Originally we had planned to have dinner at Vansh. However when I FourSquared my location, I realised there was a special promo for Brewerkz at Stadium Walk (free fries/onion rings with any purchase) for FourSquare users. So I managed to persuade Hubba to have dinner there ( Read more... )
