Dealing with idiot tenant. He's paid me the bulk of the rent. Now he's trying to back out of his committments to paying utilities. He sent his wife out at 9 am, she just came back a few minutes ago, almost 6 hours. Don't know what the poor dear has had to do to find the cash for the partial rent, but it certainly wasn't in his account! He just told

I had asked for a deposit, too bad I let him move in before he gave it to me.

I didn't get the day off. =( But sounds like you hasd a good weekend. I just managed to get all teh Xmas stuff in boxes.
