I'm looking forward to setting up my craft/office room once it is a reasonable size with a good size closet. Also going to enjoy having a decent spare bedroom.

That's a lot going on, but it'll be great when it's finished. I'm giving some thought to doing a little work on my home when I retire (which won't be too for off- maybe a year or possibly two).

It is, and I must admit it's a horrid time with my pain issues, but it has to be done while I can still get financing. Looking forward to having a decent guest bedroom - hint -hint and a place for my craft stuff.
