thanks so much. The cake - oooooooooh - there is some in my fridge- but I have to share with dear brother though - it looked so lovely and tasted even better.

Moving overseas is one of the few advantages of being single - and being an RN, means I can almost always find a job. My parents being Brits bestowed dual citizenship.

I'm afraid I've lost the drive to shake stuff up, more keen on just doing my job well, going home and having fun with my other interests. Being frustrated by management lack of interest to any of my suggestions has left me sadder and wiser. Keep my head down, let it go. It's far less stress.
