Feeling a bit better every day. Still sore and tired.

Went to my Cusine de Paris class on making Chocolate Eclairs and Chouguettes. Marvelous class. The amazing trick of the piping bag is now something I feel confident about. Making choux pastry ditto. If you are ever in Paris, do sign up for a class with these people. Skilled

Those eclairs are to die for! Well, of course, after getting an eyeful of the lovely pastries, I had to google "making eclairs" and it looks a lot easier than it is... Go, Tudorpot!

Thanks. I've been a bit bummed. My only view of the Eiffel tower has been from the taxi on the way to the dentist!! Also tire so damn easily that I can't do what I want do. Decided, to do what I can. Wednesday, I discovered, that I have also messed up my left knee. After trying to do my usual walk/metro thing, I figured out I could do that, and spend too much time/energy on forcing it, or take a taxi or two and get the most out of my last days in Paris- for this year that is. smooches you
