Wow, the first 1/4 of the year just flew right by! Here it is April already. It's a beautiful sunny day in the low 80s. Damon and I just came back from a walk with the doggies to the park at the center of our neighborhood, then around the TDS pool, and back home. Tonight was a night of celebrations! I picked up my 25lb washer, another 5-pound gold star, AND, my 10% Award. Total weight loss as of this evening...27.2 pounds, in 10 weeks!

I'm ready for the next goal - another 10% (24lbs).

OMG! Last night's weigh in... 4.8lbs, for a total now of 21 pounds since 1/2/08. HOOORAY! WeightWatchers really works!

Well, as of tonight I've lost 15.4 pounds :-)!!!! I'm very happy, feeling great, my clothes are getting loose, and my energy is really increasing. I'm still awake and going strong at 10pm. I'm also well over half way to my first goal of 27lbs! At my current rate I expect to arrive there in another 4 or 5 weeks! I am feeling very good about my ( Read more... )

Hooray! I finally got a "Christmas Health" day off from work....and it's filled with fun things to do. This morning I'm baking cookies and making fudge that will be placed in gift baskets for my co-workers tomorrow; I've got the noon meeting to attend at Mostly Books, then thought I'd take myself out to lunch at Beyond Bread.
