Wow! Just wow! Your niece's quilt is beautiful and what a treasure for her. She will have a quilt made by 3 generations of women in her family. Priceless! I admit I had tears flowing while watching your video.

I absolutely love Jack's lanterns. Super cute quilt and pillow.

I like the idea of a postcard swap.

I don't know if you could tell, but I got pretty choked up during the video. I cut a little out where I was taking deep calming breaths! The quilt is in the mail. I am so happy I was able to finish it. :)

Thank you, I had super fun designing the Jacks!

Beautiful quilt. What a memory to have, it has reminded me of my aunts ufo that I have put aside.
Love the jack o lanterns and all the other goodies so far.

I have finished some of my Grannie's quilts, but they weren't really for anyone, I just wanted to finish them. This one was very emotional.

Thank you, I love Halloween and have lots of fun with the posts!

Oh wow, that quilt is GORGEOUS, even moreso given the story behind it. Dang, don't make me cry! :) What a wonderful family memory to pass along to your niece.

The Jack's lanterns faces are adorable, hope you sell a bunch of them. :)

Daw, I didn't mean to make anyone tear up! I guess you can tell the entire thing made me super emotional. *sniffs*

Thanks! The Lanterns were a nice distraction from the emo sewing I've been doing the last couple of weeks. :)

Ah, I didn't mean to make anyone tear up. I didn't realize how melancholy I sounded until I edited my video. *hugs*

The quilt is amazing, and I think that hand-quilted or not, the intent behind the quilt has totally been fulfilled. *big hugs* It is just so very pretty.

The jackolanterns are so fun and like you said so perfect for bags! I hope they do really well for you, they are too cute.

I am so excited about 2016. I haven't even finished Phebe's PoD yet but I think it's going to be such fun to play along. Eeeeeeeeeee!

I think you knew Carol well enough to know she'd be okay with what I did. That's been on my mind a lot. The quilt is in Ohio and should be delivered today...

All I want to do now is make Halloween stuff! Now, if life would just cooperate! ;)

Twenty Sixteeeeeeen! ;)
