A++++ flailage over teh Murney. Wait, you've never seen the rehearsal video? Dude. Rehearsal video > actual concert. A LOT. Because Julia is gorgeous, unmade-up, and belts the friggin CRAP out of Nobody's Side. Plus her G-sharp is clean in this one. In the concert, she wavers a bit AND is drowned out by the stupid orchestra.

There IS a recording available. I think I had it. Or have it. Or do I? Grargh. I think I have a recording of the full show.

Anyway, I agree on Idina, much as I love her otherwise. I couldn't bring myself to listen to the whole audio. Because she sounds so WEAK. I don't understand why she chose NOT to belt the score. Ridiculous.

thank you thank you. Flailage is always good for health.

I have seen the rehearsal video but only for Mountain Duet and I know Him so Well. Never crossed my mind to check out Nobody's Side though, silly me.

Man, I thought the actual concert G Sharp was awesome enough and then this... Is there a recording of the rehearsal? Because that would be like.... Julia Heaven.

Yesh totes agreed on Idina - it was too over the place, and somehow i feel uneasy and uncomfortable listening to her sing. And the riffs made me cringe.
