I'm sure you'll do fine in college! I wasn't sure about making friends myself when I started college but eventually I did. Of course it was through anime class and then the anime club, but still. At least I had people to talk to who shared common interests with me.

And since I commuted from home I didn't live that far from the college campus, either.
