Remember in starandrea's First Saga how Ashley found a pair of gray kittens? They looked alike and were very sweet and sleepy, and the Rangers ended up keeping them? Karma and Katana, if I remember correctly.

So, as an avid kitty problem person, let me share some advice

It sounds like the older cat and Sky were improperly introduced. Some cats absolutely will not get along, but Martok was less than pleased when I brought home Garak. Which was ironic because he'd been trying to play with other kitties before that. Garak, on the other hand, had been very... sheltered. He was afraid of everything. I put Garak in the bathroom for about a week and let them get used to each other. At first, it was all "Grrs and Hisses", but gradually it subsided. Less than half a year later, they were lying in the same place. A month ago, when they inherited a huge cat tree, they were both willing to be on it together in about a week and a half. (Martok was not happy about smelling other kitties on it. Garak thought it was the greatest thing ever and he clung to it) As they're kittens, they should be fine. But when they're adults, if you bring a kitten home, you may want to invoke the same method I did. ^_
