a phd student in one of the groups i support at work is going to a conference in spain next month (she's presenting a paper). i book her flight, get her a hotel, she's all set, and today i get an email from the travel agent telling me that there was a slight change in her flight. a slight change as in she was originally flying home at 3:30p and

A room 8' x 11' - we'd call that a box room, I guess. My old bedroom as a kid was about that size, I reckon. Just as well I was a small person. 😂

but presumably kid!amber had a kid size bed and not a full size adult bed. because with the bed in the room there wasn't space for anything else.

i've had glitter and gold stuck in my head for days! DAYS.

Ha ha yup, I never got much bigger than kid size anyway, and single bed was enough. As I recall there was about 6 inches between the bottom of the bed and my small wardrobe, and about 2ft of space around the side of the bed. No glitter! 😂
