She did a great job with that duct tape, even though it looks like she's carrying the dress in that photo, rather than wearing it.

i think she is carrying it! which seems kind of silly - why didn't they get a picture of her actually wearing it? she's in the winners gallery on the duck tape site, so you can see her in the dress.
