the faculty is back from their retreat to the fancy resorts of cape cod and it's still very quiet at work. it will pick up eventually. friday i did nothing - and i mean that literally - i could've taken the day off and no one would have known - at least today wasn't that bad. and i did get out during lunch and breathe the fresh air

i did watch the first Top Gun donkey's years ago but remember little about it other than the song, but I enjoyed this one - those flying sequences were quite a ride! It's definitely one I would NOT want to see in the IMax with moving seats etc. LOL
Chris Evans is just so cute which should be impossible for someone so hunky.

the flight sequences were AMAZING. and kind of terrifying. and yes, imax is RIGHT OUT. but it's a fun movie, considering it's just a two hour ad for us navy pilots.

I never got back into Peaky Blinders after the first couple seasons, but I love that they got Tom Hardy back for the end...

it continues violent but i kept wanting to know what was going to happen. tom hardy was such a surprise! i was so pleased to see him. i always liked alfie.
