yesterday i accidentally sloshed some tea on my laptop, dried it off as fast as i could, and then half the keys stopped working and it started scrolling weirdly. so i mentally smacked myself for being careless, shut it down, and let it dry out more thoroughly. and half the keys still don't work and it still scrolls weirdly. >.< so i think i'm

it was weird and comforting at the same time. now i need to find somewhere to get my watch battery replaced. (it died in APRIL.)

i'd hit the "i might have to replace this soon" part of laptop ownership, but i wanted more of a choice about it. >.< on the plus side, i found some refurbished ones and my work laptop is fine in a pinch. but still!
