My mother loved doll houses, and miniatures. When we were in California in 1966 we were taken to The Cliff House restaurant, and were enthralled by the beautiful dolls house they had on display. That's when my mother's fascination with miniatures began in earnest. I can only imagine how much she would have enjoyed the pictures shared at your link.

Loved the octopus typewriter.

As always, fantastic links.

I don't get it - why are not all odd days in November 'odd days'? - 11/17/15 11/19/15 etc (o)_(O) *scratches head*

I was confused too for a minute, and then I realized that "consecutive" was the key word. 11-13-15, skipping 12 and 14.

Ah, that makes more sense now - I've read it as consecutive as in three numbers in a row, but not in order. Thank you for clearing that up for, I've been staring at it for 20 minutes and just could not figure it out.

i was going to say the numbers have to be consecutive, but kammy beat me to it.

That dollhouse. At first I was like 'okay'... and then I hit picture #5 and everything after picture #5 and my jaw dropped. Wow. Just wow. I wanna see it too now, and I want to spend hours photographing every tiny thing.

*pats the blue dot animation* Nice bit of work. Good sentiment to remember, for times like these.

Can I order the living model of the typewriter to finish my stories for me?

picture #5 is where you first see the library. is that what did it? :D i can't even imagine how long it would take to photograph that house as thoroughly as it needs to be photographed.

i'm... not 100% sure i want to know what kinds of stories a sentient tentacular typewriter would come up with.

Thank you for the birthday wishes! It's been relatively quiet, but good. An unbelievable number of FB birthday wishes!

I need that dollhouse! And I need to make tiny things for it. :O

The octopus typewriter was pretty neat, though perhaps "Undersea" would have been better than the standard "Underwood" label. :D

is it or is it not the coolest giant tiny house?

"undersea" or "underworld".... that would've been especially cool, if the sculptor had changed the brand.
