during passover i get out of bed at 7:30 on weekdays so i have time to eat breakfast. this morning i went to bed at 5:30, as in getting-light-out, birds-singing, some-people-are-waking-up-right-now 5:30 in the morning. i got a whopping two hours of sleep, altho i think i managed to have a dream in there somewhere. and why did i voluntarily sleep

dorky adorable spencer is ALWAYS worth it. he's a canon star trek nerd! that gives me glee. also i watched his jason alexander lightbulb moment about three more times. do he and jj have a history? why'd she make him godfather to her kid? ("yale was your godfather's safe school. i can get you into cal tech with one letter." awww. ^_^ i watched that one twice.)

Well, there was one date to a... some sort of sports event, early in the series, offscreen, and when Morgan asked Spencer about it he got told it was "top secret." *giggle* But that's it. They named Garcia the godmother! The team really is just that close.

(Gideon is the one who gives the tickets to Spencer and suggests he ask JJ because her favorite team is playing. The scene is probably exactly as adorable as the picture in your head right now.)

man, imagine that kid being raised by spencer and garcia. he'd be dorky and geeky and probably weirdly socialized, but very broadly (and well!) educated.

i... can't picture spencer asking anyone out. and because i know jj meets someone and falls in love and gets married and reproduces, i really can't picture them on a date. was gideon trying to set them up? because that's adorable.

she calls him "spence". which is just as cute as morgan calling him "kid". the scene with the party hat and the candles? "they're trick candles, spence." and he just keeps trying to blow them out. SOCUTEOMG.

Oh ow, I know that terrible, terrible feeling - I went to bed last night at roughly the time that I usually get up. And then couldn't sleep. *flail* At least it is a bank holiday.

i wish i was writing crackfic! it would've been more fun than reading about amazon, and i'd have slightly more to show for my sleeplessness besides a single formal email. altho all the cm clips were very cute and made me giggle. and little miss sunshine was on and i had to watch it.

i envy you your bank holiday. i was wondering why there wasn't a random 4:30 am posting from you....
