It was the last day of school yesterday, but it didn't feel like it was. I'm glad it's the extremely long holidays now, but still, I think I'm a bit depressed about my final grades.

I have a total of 6 As (here, A1 and A2 grades are both distinctions). The rest are Bs. My overall percentage is 69.9%. The school is like, so damn stingy. Can't even ( Read more... )

This week is the Japanese Enrichment Week, aka Post-Exam activities. Speaking of exams, my results were like, abysmal in general but I'm just glad I passed everything in the overall grade (I think I did). I was pretty surprised at my Japanese; my EOY got 82.8 and my overall is 83.4 =D That's an A1.

After spending an hour in the Japanese section of Kinokuniya yesterday, I had finally come to realise just how desperate I am for raw manga -- because I found myself contemplating whether to buy La Corda manga or Bleach manga in Japanese. In the end I bought La Corda volume 10 and a La Corda novel where Yunoki and Kaji are the main characters...

Mildly put, I'm irked.

Bleach Fade to Black -Kimi no Na wo Yobu- has a plot which is eerily similar to my fanfic Bereft of Hope...
I kinda hate it whenever things like this happen. They always seem to happen to me. And then it ends up the original being soooo much better than a fanfic which was plotted and written months before the original's release ( Read more... )
