I honestly do not know the side characters very well, so I mainly know the mains, however, this application makes me think of C!Syaoran, I may be wrong, but that's just how I think.

Hmm.. this is quite hard. I think I can see enough of Yuuko to be a good best friend for you. Someone confident, impulsive, fun-loving, both mature and immature, just most of the qualities, really. And the understanding silence when you're together with a best friend, that sounds rather fitting with her nature as well.
