Naoto decided it was high time she showed her newest guest around the town. The estate may be spacious, but being stuck inside for the better part of a week would make anyone go stir crazy. "Sounds great!" Edward grinned. He had in fact, been dying to get out of the house. "It has a sizable population, for a quiet rural town, but it's rather insular. Everyone knows everyone."

She beckoned for Edward to follow her along the sidewalk toward the cafe. As they walked, she pointed out some of the more well-known shops.

"That's Daidara. He's a metalsmith and calls himself an artist, but his 'artwork' is actually weaponry. He supplied our arsenal back when we were exploring the TV world. And that's Marukyu Tofu. It's owned by Rise-chan's grandmother. She works there part-time. And that's the Shiroku store. The old lady sells various convenience items, including herbal remedies and medicines. We were probably her best customers last year..."

It had been a while since Naoto came to this side of town. Seeing all the old shops really brought back memories of that year when they had spent most of their afternoons battling Shadows inside the TV world.

He nodded, smiling a little as he listened to her speak. It was an interesting tour even if he didn't know any of these people and Naoto seemed keen to show him around so he didn't interrupt.
