They used to be exclusive to the Ekoda region, at least before Kid managed to find this community. Now, he heists off world just as often as he does on his own world.

Yes, a heist note has been posted to the community. He's going to target the Clock Tower's Department of Mineralogy in Issei-kun's world.

Thankfully. Though, I suspect it's because even Kaitou Kid likes to spend time with his family during the holidays. I can't imagine why he'd pick Valentine's Day, of all days. Perhaps he's hoping to receive lots of free chocolate from his adoring fans?
