Yes. He holds them periodically. Thus far, no pattern has been determined. It's completely at random.

They used to be exclusive to the Ekoda region, at least before Kid managed to find this community. Now, he heists off world just as often as he does on his own world.

Yes, a heist note has been posted to the community. He's going to target the Clock Tower's Department of Mineralogy in Issei-kun's world.

I can't world-hop, no, but my partner can. Saguru Hakuba has been working on the Kaitou Kid case for a few years now. If you can get permission from him, I'm certain he'll let you come along. You might only be able to act as a spectator for now, but we'll see what can be worked out.

It's not everyday detectives from across worlds collaborate on a case. When Kaitou Kid challenged me when I first joined the community, I went immediately to the detective working on his case and asked if I could assist in someway. Hakuba agreed, and we've been working together ever since.

I'm not sure if I'm about to ask to be directly involved in his cases...however it seems that since he's been causing such a disturbance, that I should be aware and prepared somehow of his activities.

In that case, it shouldn't be too difficult for you to come along. Several of his "fans" travel to his heists, even across worlds.
