Doom is not a technopath in either canon, or here in the City... However, he's also very smart, and super familiar with most forms of technology. As such, this post seems relevant. So, here goes.

Sherlock uses Ghost's encryptions these days, so if Doom can't hack those, then I guess he's out? EDIT: the codes aren't like ghost's technopathy, a lot less advanced, so you can hack them if you like. :3

He also uses 'book code' sometimes which is unhackable unless you now the book being used.

Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Spidey's not on Tony and Ghost's level of hacking, but he's a fast learner (and not too proud to ask either of them for help, besides, not when the Spider-Babbies are at stake!), and there's no motivation quite like knowing Doctor Doom is breaking your encryptions to really start working on your cryptography skills...
