Doom is not a technopath in either canon, or here in the City... However, he's also very smart, and super familiar with most forms of technology. As such, this post seems relevant. So, here goes.
Can Doom hack your character's posts?
A simple yes or no will do here. Keep in mind, he generally won't care about what teeny bopper is crushing on who and will only bother with this ability if it's like... A character who has piqued is interest in the City or pertains to someone he stalks in canon (IE - Richaaaaards, Loki, Osborn, Namor). Further, since he isn't a technopath and a lot of his mystical abilities are limited, he won't be able to get through something encrypted by someone like Tony or Ghost, or something warded by one of the Endless.
So uhh. Yeah. I think that's all my caveats. Thanks!
