On the Vaginapededs, maybe you could futz around with an overlay color? And just color over them? I'm . . . actually not sure what color they're supposed to be but.

Unfalicious. I'm not sure about your vaginapedes though. I feel like there should be a contrasting color (like maybe a brown, or something, like a house centipede) but then again, you could always try to make them look like this
