No shit sherlock. Look...I don't know if you care whether she lives or dies, but if you want her to have a chance of living? Get her to a hospital. ASAP. I'd estimate that if you wait any longer than a month surgery will be impossible and after that? Who knows. Could be 5 years...could be a month or two. It never came to that point back home.
