Fic: "Back to Earth" (7/8)

Title: Back to Earth
Pairings: Helo/Gaeta, Helo/Sharon. Can be read with the occasional Gaeta/Baltar undertones.
Genre: It's a gen story overall but with some slash and het b-plot. So it's kind of a gen hybrid.
Rating: PG-13 for some sex, PTSD, bad language in the face of danger and, ya know, people killing robots.

Fab. I especially liked how you made Sam interact with the Cylon web - it felt absolutely right, like I'd imagine it to be.

A very kickass chapter!

I was afraid this had died. I was very sad at that thought. :) Glad I was wrong!

I don't know whether I commented on any of the older chapters, but I like this story. You manage to get action and emotion and plotline all in at once, and it works.

Now... we can have a happy ending? :)?

I always planned on finishing the fic (I don't start uploading before I'm absolutely sure I can finish a fic). But I graduated, and then I was sick. So it took a while, unfortunately. I hate it when that happens.

Now... we can have a happy ending? :)?

I know how that is. When I wrote in high school, I had this tendency to... not finish what I started. That's why I rarely write chapter fics, or if I do, I don't post them until they're all written in some form or other, even if all the chapters aren't beta'd yet.

Yay! Because happy endings? I am so in need of one right now. <3

As usual, this is brilliant. I love the part where Gaeta like "this is just occurring to you NOW?" Trust Helo to be atoning in the middle of a war.

I wanted to read all of it before I said anything; I hate works in progress because people don't FINISH them and then I hate the authors for leading me on. I love your work; assume if it's BSG and you wrote it, I've read it! (Or am going to read it, if it's been a busy week.)

I always finish my fic. I hate it myself when stories die and I only start uploading when I'm absolutely sure that I'll be able to finish. But I guess a lot of writers claim that without meaning it.

Thanks for continuing this! I'd been wondering about it. This chapter was really action-packed and well-managed. I doubt I could write this kind of heavy-duty SF. I still really enjoy the B-Team Heroes aspect of this fic.

I'm more of an action writer in the first place. I'm always amazed about the wonderful character driven fic you and some others write so effortlessly. :)

Late again. I hate how life gets in the way of my fangirl time :)

This is a really great installment. You wrote the battle scene brilliantly, and all of the B-line players had their perfect moments. Now on to read Chapter 8!
